Veterans Choice
This is the base to all tomato-based sauces that we offer. Veterans Choice has a nice smokey flavor, but it is not over powering and has just a bit of pepper and spices to know that it is not your mamas BBQ Sauce.
Tangy Chipotle
We start off with the Veterans Choice and from here we turn up the heat just a bit with Chipotles in Adobe sauce and Sriracha and maybe a few other little things. The smokey flavors really shine on this one.
Sweet Agave
You guessed it, Veterans Choice is the foundation to this great sauce as well, but this one is a bit sweeter than the others because of our close friend, the Agave Plant. Some use this Agave to make Tequila, we use it for our BBQ Sauce, so drink up!
Carolina Mustard BBQ
Something like no other… While 75% of the country only really know bout Tomato base BBQ Sauce, the Carolina Style is out of this world. Normally this style has less sugar and more twang because of the apple cider vinegar. Its tangy, has a bit of heat and sweet undertones. Some use this a mop sauce as well.
