When it comes to catering there are a few things to think about and that we will need to know before we create a custom menu for your event:
How many people would you like to feed?
What size portion of protein would you like to offer, a Quarter, a Third or a Half portion?
(A portion is either a Pound, Bird or Rack).
With our house-made sides what portion do you want to offer each guest?
(We recommend 2 sides at a ¼ pint of each totaling a ½ pint per person minimum).
Date of event?
Pick up or delivery?
If delivery, what time would you like the food there?
(We will quote the delivery fee).
