THE MEATS

  • Pulled Pork

    Each "BUTT" that we Smoke is hand picked and inspected before it jumps in the smoker, and these bad boys are in their for an estimated 20 hours or so. Once Smoked each "BUTT" is hand pulled to ensure there is not to much fat and that the meat is just the perfect size to enjoy all the flavors it is packed with.

  • Chopped Chicken

    Sometimes we just like to keep it simple. Our Smoked BBQ Chicken starts off as quality dark meat that we Rub and then Smoke but the key is not to over "do it" because we like to leave the Chicken moist in ever bite.

  • Bone-in Chicken

    As you may have seen on Diners, Drive Ins' and Dives, we take a lot of pride in our Chicken. After inspection of a quality bird, we "Brine" it for about 36 hours, then it gets rubbed with our special made in house "Rub" then Smoked for several hours. The skin gets a nice crisp to it as well. This is juicy fall off the bone Chicken.

  • Cajun Sausage

    This is an ALL PORK Cajun Spicy Sausage. It is smoked then we cut it up into slices and "char" it on the flattop so each piece hits the heat and cooking off any extra goodness that needs to come out.

  • St. Louis Pork Ribs

    Only the finest meats are used when we Smoke over here, so we picked these meaty St Louis ribs, what is a St Louis Rib you make ask: St. Louis-style spare ribs are cut in a particular way with the sternum bone, cartilage and rib tips are removed so you can just get down to the MEAT. We do rub them with our House Made Rub and Smoke our ribs and they are served with OUT sauce.

  • Burnt End Chunks

    We take our Famous Brisket after its been smoking low and slow for almost 20 hours and let it rest for a bit, then we trim the most of the fat off, rub it and sauce it, then we char each side to give it a caramelize crust on each piece. This is our “healthier” version of Burnt Ends.

  • Beef Tri Tip

    Besides your spouse, children and maybe you dog, you are not going to love much more in life after you try this! This is Certified Angus Beef (CAB) that is always “Prime” and always hand trimmed before it gets Dry Rubbed and ages for 48 hours before we Smoke it for several hours. This is Chef Al Borda’s favorite and each order is server with a House Made creamy Horseradish Cream dipping sauce.

  • Brisket Slices

    This is a BBQ Fans all time favorite or anybody from Texas. If you LOVE Brisket you in the right spot. We trim it, rub it and slow smoke it all night to give you just the perfect piece. We do separate the “Point” from the Flat so your Brisket will be on the “Leaner” side. This is Certified Angus Beef (CAB) that is always “Prime” as well.

    Ingredients: English Cucumbers. We make our own Brine and start of will HOT brine technique then switch it to a COLD Brine solution after 5 minutes, thus giving a more firm pickle. These have a KICK! GLUTEN FREE

  • French Fries

    We are told these are some of the best fries around. These are lightly coded before cooking to that just right temperature, always crisp and firm but light and airy inside.

  • Onion Rings

    Thin cut Onions make the best rings you can eat. These gems are beer battered and crispy.

    These Dill Pickles are lightly battered in a Corn flour Breading and then deep fried, WOW what a taste!

INFO ON ONLINE ORDERING

 

As a convenience, we offer home delivery through Eat24, GrubHub and UberEats.  If you choose to use one of these services, please understand, and remember 3 things:

 

 
  1. You are paying the delivery service that you order from, not HoBo’s BBQ.  Therefore, you will see a charge from them, not us.  If you are unsatisfied, in any way, you’ll need to discuss your issue with that delivery service, NOT US.  We are not able to access the delivery service’s software to assist with any matters.  So, if the delivery service’s prices are different than what our restaurant location prices are, that is something that you have already agreed to pay through the delivery service’s own terms and conditions.
  2. If you are having your order delivered, we normally ask the drivers to be at our location within 10 minutes after your order is placed. How many stops they make before they get to your exact location is something that we cannot control. As such, we cannot estimate how long the food will take to get to you.  Most delivery services will give you an estimate on delivery time, but regardless, Hobo’s BBQ cannot guarantee that your food will be piping hot by the time that it arrives.  Also, once the drivers receive a “pick ticket” to verify that the order is complete, they will then sign a receipt for us.  So, if you are missing something in your order, this is an issue that you need to take up with the delivery service in which you purchased the order through.
  3. We do offer a “call-in service”, in which you can call our location directly at 951.693.3227 and place an order for “pick up” with one of our servers. Payment over the phone will be required once the order is placed. With this type of order, we do have more control, and therefore can assist you much easier with any issues that you may have.
